We take youth, high school, and collegiate students and return them to their sport well rounded, strong, injury resistant athletes. Our Alpha Athlete programs include all aspects of elite athletic performance. With a science based analysis of your sport we can ensure all aspects relative to your sport will be developed and all fundamental movement deficiencies addressed. These programs are based on the same programs we have used with professional athletes of most major sports. Train like the pros to take your performance to the next level.
COMPLETE ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Lateral speed, change of direction, balance, coordination, and landing technique.
Full body mobility through self myofascial release, foam rolling and stretching techniques.
Sport specific energy systems development.
Correcting specific movement dysfunction, imbalances, and building stability about vulnerable joints.
Total body strength training addressing all fundamental movement patterns and planes of movement with sport specific complexes.
Development of vertical, linear, lateral and rotational power using plyometrics, reactive training, and post potentiation activation complexes.
Development of linear and lateral acceleration and deceleration using technique drills and running mechanics instruction.

Fitness Eval & On Ramp: $80
Following an initial fitness assessment each athlete will complete On-Ramp where the focus will be learning the basics of weight training and movement. You will then join a group of athletes training to be the best in their respective sport and chasing varsity positions, state championships, and collegiate scholarships. Different sports train together in this setting as strength in the fundamental movements is vital in all athletic endeavors, however, sport specific complexes are within each session to develop exactly the attributes your sport demands.

Space is limited in each class to 14 athletes only. Call today for available slots. Once you sign up for a time, you must attend the time you reserved a slot for. You may enroll in a different class time on the 1st of the next month.
