The integrated approach at Engineered Per4mance allows you to train like an athlete to help you achieve your goals. Whether your goals are to look better naked, feel better about yourself, or run that next fun run using our fitness program will help you get there faster.   1. Tour the facility, meet us, tell us about your goals, and decide for yourself if we are what you need to meet them. 
  2. Fitness evaluation. We want to know everything about you. Where have you been, what have you done, what injuries have you dealt with, what has worked, what hasn't, how do you move? One hour with a coach and an intense game of 21 questions. 
  3. On-ramp is required of all new members. It could be one session or 3+ depending on your past training experience. Here you learn our philosophy, how we train, and specifically how we like to execute the lifts so you can progress safely and efficiently.
  4. Sign up for a membership and sprint toward your new self. 


12 month commitment: $135/mo

6 month commitment: $145/mo

3 month commitment: $160/mo

After your initial assessment the coach will discuss with you the best classes to attend and frequency of training for you, however, all memberships are unlimited! With a membership you have access to the facility, coaches, and any class you wish to attend. We offer a discount for committing for more than one month. Membership begins with a one hour eval and 3 class On-Ramp for a one time fee of $80.
