WARM UP:

  1. Monster Walks
  2. Toy Soliders 
  3. Lateral Shuffle
  4. Bottom kicks
  5. High Knees 
  6. Glute Bridge

EXERCISE INTERVAL: 3 ROUNDS

  1. Agility ladder hops
  2. Sprint 10 yards
  3. 5 frog jumps

REACTION & COORDINATION:

  1. Dowel Drop & Catch (The coach drops a dowel between the athletes hands and the athlete has to react and catch the dowel before it falls to the floor)
  2. Cone Trapping (The athlete chases a bouncing ball and tries to trap it within a cone)
